If something isn't right — wrong size, not your style, simply changed your mind — you have 30 days from delivery to return or exchange. Items must be unworn and in their original packaging.

My package was damaged in transit. What do I do?
Take a photo of the damaged packaging and the piece inside before doing anything else. Email info@bywildyouth.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and the photos. We'll send a replacement at no cost.
My tracking shows delivered but I never received it.
First check with neighbours and your local PostNL pickup point. If it's truly missing, contact us within 7 days of the "delivered" status. We'll open an investigation with the carrier and resolve it directly with you.
Can I exchange instead of returning for a refund?
Yes. Email us with the size or piece you'd like to swap to. If the new piece is in stock, we'll ship it as soon as we receive your return. You cover the return shipping; we cover the resend to you.
Do I have to pay for the return shipping?
Yes Returns from the Netherlands and EU are free of charge. For international returns, the customer covers the return shipping cost unless the item arrived damaged or the wrong piece was sent.mdash; return shipping is at your own cost. We provide the return address, and you arrange your own shipping with PostNL. The only exceptions are if the item arrived damaged or we sent you the wrong piece Returns from the Netherlands and EU are free of charge. For international returns, the customer covers the return shipping cost unless the item arrived damaged or the wrong piece was sent.mdash; in those cases we cover the return shipping.
How long do refunds actually take to appear?
Once we receive your return, we process the refund within 3–5 business days. Depending on your bank, the funds may take an additional 3–10 business days to show in your account.
I received the wrong piece. What now?
Apologies if that happened. Email us with your order number and a photo of the piece you received. We'll send the correct one immediately and arrange a free return of the wrong piece.
Do you ship to my country?
We ship worldwide. International rates and any applicable customs duties are calculated at checkout based on your destination.
