If you have a question about an existing order — shipping, delivery or returns — please include your order number in your message so we can help you faster. You can find your order number in your confirmation email.

Shipping & delivery

We ship across the Netherlands and the rest of Europe. Free shipping on all orders over €100. Standard delivery takes 2–5 business days within the Netherlands and 3–7 business days for the rest of the EU.

Returns

Not happy with your order? We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. The item must be unworn and in its original packaging. Contact us first before sending anything back and we’ll guide you through the process.
