Refund policy

Our customers satisfaction is our first priority and we aim to make sure that we can keep that promise. If in any case you are not satisfied with your order, a return/exchange can be met by following these conditions: 

• Returns must be made within 30 days of delivery
• The product must be in its original condition, including the packaging and any labels.
• The product must be unused and free from damage or wear.
• Our team will inspect if there is a manufacturing defect, and the damage has not been caused by misuse or bad care of the jewelry

Contact our customer service (info@bywildyouth.com) to provide your order number and the reason for the return.

 REFUND:

• If you choose a refund, we will process the refund to the original payment method.

• Please note that shipping costs and any return fees will not be reimbursed, unless the product is defective or damaged upon receipt.

If you prefer a replacement, we will promptly send you a new product, subject to availability.
